Above and beyond treatment during the process of buying a vehicle from them. We visited 3 Bergstrom dealerships in one day. Bergstrom Subaru was the only dealership that had an actual person asking if we could be assisted. 1 of the other dealerships no one ever stepped out of the building to offer assistance. And the other dealership we roamed the lot found a vehicle of full interest. No one came outside so we went inside. No one at the reception desk and not a sales person to be found in a 5 minute period of looking for someone. At that point we left with full intention of not going back.
